I tried to ask a question but wasn't called upon during the Teleconf ...
My question is: Why Shareholders can't seek RELIEF
and file an INJUNCTION to STOP the ILLEGAL 3rd Amendment SWIPE
while the CASE is being heard in Court ? ... Thank you

A shareholder could file for injunctive relief, but would immediately confront the anti-injunction provision in the fed act

-If they win all other lawsuits go away bcoz govt case is mute when NWS will be declared illegal

-He said he is gonna argue each argument from Govt with facts, on or before Jan 16, so wait till u see that.

-Govt try to dismiss the case saying they have no jurisdiction and conservator have right to give away assets as they like, without going into details about law or arguing the complaint file
