Opinion isn't fact...last test was a bust and it appears the appeal isn't moving along very well due to the fact that Baltia has used up all their tests...why not just schedule #8?? Baltia may have already received word from the FAA, but have decided not to share it with the stockholders for obvious reasons...it looks like Baltia will run out of cash soon or already has hence another late 10Q filing...GLTA

Of course 'FAA is about to finally' pass Baltia...

Will it be 'soon', 'soonish', 'next_week', 'next_month', 'next_year', or never?

I agree, Old & Wise. The AC 43-208 was revised for the purpose that Baltia requested a special consideration of the results that happened in mini test #7.

The AC was released on October 8th. The results should be in Baltia's hands any time this week. My hope is today.
