Dado - respectfully disagree.

The ITMA awards rules are the rules.

No assumption on my part. My tech textile sources haven't failed me yet on the importance of attending this event and who the front runners are in various award categories. The judges know in advance who of the "potential" awardees will be attending. KBLB was nominated in 3 ITMA categories in 2015 and 2 in 2014.
