You can only say that if actually succeeding in some sort of real business was NTEKs Plan. It has always been an insider enrichment scheme for selling shares to line their pockets for Million upon millions of dollars. It is quite successful at that. They do just enough supposed business to sweeten the punch for the Kool aide drinkers.
