Posts are almost 100% non believable but one detail that seems believable is that many of the would be buyers (some of the savvy even) want shares but want to buy them anywhere from 2-4 cents below the Ask so the hungry part seems a stretch.

In todays' action the buyers were obviously more hungry to get shares

Incorrect, the sellers were more eager to get rid of their shares but ELTP has stellar MM bid support for now.

Plenty of time to buy Elite shares at $0.09 below $0.35 before the end of the year !!
