Dosing is intraperitoneal (IP) dosing in mice. Kevetrin 200mg/kg. Docetaxel 15 and 30 mg/kg. Conversion of animal dosing to human equivalent IV dosing is complicated and was debated at great length some time ago. Bottom line in terms of equivalency in humans: it is believed that the last several cohorts in Phase 1 are well above mouse dosing of 200 mg/kg IP.
