The r/s was in sept 2014.

And that resulted from continuous per share value deterioration from way below a penny.

What some dont understand is the CEO is the only employee of this company, with the exception of a part time secretary. He makes all the decisions. There is not executive board that can contest or argue anything. He puts the shares out there and controls how they are distributed. He basically can print his own "money" so to speak. He can authorize more shares at any time. Basically whenever he wants or needs more money. Plus any deals he makes on other ventures he pays in stock. So while the pumpers pump, he and his cohorts sell their shares to get their money back. So the pumpers jack the price a few hundredth's or thousandths and when the cohorts sell it drops back down leaving the folks with the loss. Been going on here for years now.
