You don't need redundant scientific studies to prove what clinical trials on individual ingredients have already proven... just like you don't need a specific study on Performance Punch to prove that the law of gravity applies to it...
In addition, if clinical trials have already been conducted on individual ingredients researchers will not waste time/money conducting duplicate research...
You might be able to get a university to support clinical trials if you have funding to support the research, and you can demonstrate a reason/need to do so... such as a new claim that hasn't already been studied... If you don't have the funds, you might be able to get the CDC to provide extramural research funds through grants...
