Soooooo it's a guess. If by close you mean the same schmucks that said mid September or October then it's likely it's not going to happen.

I'm certainly with you Robo...hoping for the best while patiently holding strong to my 10mil. position.
However, not having heard for about 3 weeks doesn't necessarily mean that they will respond this week nor does it have to mean that they (FAA) really have everything they need from BLTA.
Best educated guess?...fine with that. Throughout the many last months I have certainly learned that optimism has to be handled very carefully in respect to BLTA progresing.

Hoping with all my heart that you remain right though:-)
