I apologize for the inaccurate data. All the motions should be decided and pushed aside by the end of August 2016 and, you are correct, the pre-trial conference is scheduled for September, 2016. I guess I should rephrase my question to ask if the Bungie "tactic" will be decided within the window between now and August 31, 2016 or will the pre-trial date be pushed back. Rainmaker seems to answer that in his latest post. Thanks and sorry for the mistake.

If anyone is looking for this to go to trial by July 2016, I don't see how that can happen, at earliest it will be Oct/Nov 2016 based on the schedule that is out now. And that is with no delays.
