Do you really think the SEC cares about a guy that lost hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to support a stock. Answer No.

Answer Yes. Will the SEC do anything, who knows but they certainly care. Illegal activity is illegal activity. Can paint it any other way. I have no way of knowing who this "Peter" dude is or how much he is down on MTVX, if any, but makes no difference and that really has no bearing here. When an investor cheats, lies, back stabs, etc for personal gain, that's pure BS and that's why this "Peter" dude got called to the table. Public awareness of inside activities between him and Covey, nothing more.

Yes he took a hit alright but instead of just manning up to his losses this Peter dude would say anything in hopes to get others to buy MTVX just so he could get out. That seem right? That imo is why the witch hunt is on.

So let me get THIS straight...

"Peter" invested $400,000 of his own money in a stock that supposedly the people on this board are invested in. Since then, his investment has lost 96%. Like the rest of us.

ANY PROOF?
What PROOF do we have that this person "invested" anything?
Much less LOST anything?
All we know is STORIES...

I know I saw a pic that showed he did NOT hold the number of shares he claimed he did...
this was way back last fall...
Was it photoshopped?
Who knows.

We all know that if "peter" really held the number of shares that he is said to,
then he should have filed a 13G.
It was never filed...
"Schedule 13G is an alternative SEC filing for the 13D which must be filed by anyone who acquires ownership in a public company of more than 5% of the outstanding stock"

"invested"??? Hmmm...or TRADED???

I said a long time ago that I suspected there was wash trading going on.
We were seeing 8888 BUY trades as many as 10x a day for days on end...
But who knows what was SOLD???

Then there was an incident, at a time when there was very little volume and the ticker had been no bid for months,
where we suddenly HAD volume...and briefly...a bid...
and someone admitted to passing shares from one account to another...LOL...
That was admission of wash trading!
(and was it REALLY a coincidence that this was around the Dodge deal rumor period???
Say...Were we on the BREAK OUT BOARD???)

Remember that people on the net CAN SAY ANYTHING...
Where is that sponsoring market maker, NASA contracts, Dodge Deal, buy out, buy back, March run...ad nauseam...

you just have to look back at the pics posted of the APT building for proof of that!

I know that I received information that a certain person signed a NDA and even Monkey Boy Troy was concerned about his behavior...
Is it proof positive that anything illegal occurred?
