You conveniently use the $100m number without mentioning it is in Brazilian money. Converted to USD, it is a very low $26m.

Also, the merger is not fake. Rontan NA refers phone calls about the merger to GDSI. They will give you the contact info for GDSI and say the merger is in process. Both companies acknowledge the merger is happening RIGHT NOW. Call them yourself.
