I think Greacrest don't finance their trips to Africa nor hotelrooms, etc.

That is for the build in Africa

and production of the Rubicon-infrastructure..plus other
projects that will come their way. Should be many many more.

The underwriter is backing the second phase of the project,
Once Delphi produces the Rubicon then the underwritter gets
involved in the power aspect of it. Revenue time for the underwritter.....
