Look up the UCC filings from the State. I did. Either they paid cash for all equipment OR they don't have any. You can make your own deductions. Don't be scared, its nothing you probably hadn't already considered anyway.

You don't need equipment to print labels, bottle product and package. That's what co-packers are for. That's their job. Hence why they are called "co-packers."
