and the Q3 filing proves that in black and white. Vakser officially and legally departed on 9/11/2015. He has no directorship nor preferred shares in TDEY.

Mr. Vakser has nothing to do with TDEY. He has no influence at all. That is a dead issue.
I cannot speak to the other companies nor Mr. Vaksers activities prior to us taking over TDEY. Our financials have nothing to do with Mr. Vakser and will be released early.
I can tell you this with absolute. Many (obviously) give Mr. Vakser way too much credit. He never ran anything. Never made any decisions"
