from what we know rice was hired to take care of some non sec related issues after lying to the company about what she is allowed to do i think that is gross misrepresentation and alomost volunteering her services to "help" the company out. but a couple people knew what she is all about and told the company who she is and what she is all about so a head or two rolled. she isnt a part of DSUS from the beginning but she slinked her way in and she is still there. we are still looking but we think she has friends to that are trying to slither their way into shares and she will get a cut. based on her and her boyfriend juan's history. it is on ihub to see.
Melissa K. Rice was listed as an officer of the company until her background was pointed out. The company removed her name from the OTC profile in response but she is still there working at present.
