So are you now denying the 99.9% reduction in share price, the 2 billion shares of dilution, the 100:1 reverse split and the 50 million cash burn. All indisputable facts that some want to deny for some unknown reason.

Its been said multiple times but a reverse split sends a negative message to the market that the company is in trouble so it does matter a great deal.

Usual pattern is a slight increase after the RS and then down after that !
