they could do once last round of dilution , if they need to raise cash for rec or international expansion, but if they do i feel it will be no more than 5-7 % of market cap. no biggy. it looks like , based on order #s, cgc and bed are on a revenue run rate of just over 4 mill this quarter. if that is the case they should be cash flow positive mid next yr and they wont have much need if any to raise cash. of course they may do a minor or major acquisition w stock which would be dilutive- but in a legal rec environment those should be shares well spent. all imho
