Hi Whacky... I thought we were having a fine and reasonable discussion! I did reply but... not everyone agreed with our wording regarding QSEP and AOT and JOULE HEATING. Ah well. I think PR can be made clear, and Mr. Bigger and his fellow players choose his words very carefully for consumption, and people read well beyond those words, leading to the heated back and forth here. We have our biases and hopes and want to squeeze all possible meanings out of the PR that simply are not meant or said in the PR. We want to gain insight as to the true workings in the backroom deals and contracts or course but our imaginations get the best of us. And periodically I try to point out what is said vs what people feel is implied. Deploying to the Middle East was mentioned.... not a sale or who would pay for the deployment or whether it was for a test or not. Deploy became so much more. Thanks for the gentlemanly discourse!
