B was wrong, SS isn't stupid. He has figured out a way to lie and cheat his way to an income by scamming investors. I don't believe he has ever been above board. His troubles go back to "98 and probably before that.
He has figured out a way to take money from investors and use it to create revenue that doesn't go to these investors. I don't know how he does it but its obvious he has done it.
Give him credit, he hasn't been caught yet. Amazing.
