Yes, Michael Gelmon and Robert Hipple.

The ticker will probably be pumped at some date but they will do a reverse split first to take out current shareholders.

They have already filed a DEF 14C for the reverse split.

But Hipple already has the SEC with a microscope shoved up his a$$. So they have delayed anymore share selling schemes.
