When an agreement is authorized to be made by an act of Congress, this IS THE LAW. It is the law of the land. You can't trump the law. That means you can't over-rule FHFA's decision as authorized by Congress to impose Amendment 3. It is proper. It is legal. And, as further specified clearly under the Housing & Economic Recovery Act terms, it cannot be challenged in court proceedings.
