If Bungie wins its motion and is allowed to have the court review WDDDs patents (again), does this automatically move the proposed trial from mid-2016? Can the Bungie petition be heard (assuming the Alice decision is favorable to Worlds) within the window between now and the established trial date? I can see the pps drop if Bungie prevails right now, but for me, it's the TIME factor more than the price action. I can hold if the trial is still July, but if it's pushed back to early 2017, well... that changes my strategy. Thanks for any replies.
