They are due to file quarterly results with OTC Markets, yes.

Those do not have to be audited. The previous reports they've filed have been embarrassing, and obviously falsified.

Many people seem to think RMHB is required to file the 2 years of audited financials they promised back in April by Monday.

They are not.

All that OTC Markets requires is some sort of "quarterly report."
