I completely agree with your assessment. I would add a few observations:

Clean Balance Sheet.

Very well managed, IMO. In addition to increased sales and prfitability, look at their quarterly cash flow the last 4 quarters: they had $9.6 million inflow, with capital expenditure of little over $16 million offsetting $16 million dollars from secondary.

Looking ahead to not only grow but also compliment their service offerings i.e. Highland acquisition.

I added more at 9.5s when it dipped to under 10 a week ago, long term holding for me.
