It's rather irritating all the insider trading that goes on with PTOI. We've seen plenty of examples of it over the years. However, it can be used as an indicator to those outside of the loop -- namely since we know that insiders buy/sell ahead of news, we can conclude that the demo project is DOA since there's been no significant buying.
