Narrative Explanation Part IV, Item (3)

It is expected that for the three months ended September 30, 2015, the Company will report that its sales decreased compared to those reported for the comparable period in 2014, and that for the nine months ended September 30, 2015, the Company will report that its sales increased compared to those reported for the comparable period in 2014. It is expected that for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015, cost of sales decreased and gross profits increased compared to those for the comparable periods in 2014.
