I will take the plunge here -

When Telatinos became Netco, back in September....

Frank emailed me a link to a filing by another company who formerly used Netco's new ticker symbol. This was a fully reporting company - and Frank used the filing to suggest that Paul had acquired the same shell. According to Frank, Netco would now be fully reporting. Of course, Frank was known and confirmed by Paul to be a close "friend," making the information much more believable.

This was shortly AFTER a dated document I have showed that he received a private placement from Paul for 40,000 shares @ $.025/share. Netco was trading .25 - .55 at that time.

By this point, I already had lost my trust for Frank. I did not purchase any shares.
