i figure by mid dec. will have tariffs on china ,will at least stabilize or will have a slight increase , they won't be aloud to join WTO if they continue to under cut it's against the rules of WTO, once steel starts rolling again it means millions in revenues per year for GNPT? and if Asif gets say 5 yards going ,plans for 36 yards , needs to pick up a few yards now GNPT
