Furthermore just so everyone is clear I spoke with Thom about who is paying
For the Bungie defence and his response was it wasn't Susman on contingency
I believe up to this point the proceedings have been taken care of how I don't know
He wasn't specific but he let me know if the IPR is allowed to move forward
It was going to cost an additional 200k
He also said the lawyers who filed Worlds response were very good at what they do
and happy
With filing a very strong response
I believe the Alice ruling will be denied by Judge Casper
IPR is the last roadblock to our payday
Place your bets do your homework
I like our chances with the odds in our favour of a favourable IPR outcome
Unfortunately with these IPR rulings you just never know
