Almost, just backwards.

Most of the shares are in the float. The toxic debt he has been converting is FREE TRADING...ie it has increased the FLOAT. That is why we saw the 2B share dump in June. One or more of the lenders converted and dumped.

Of course, somebody could call Wayne and ask him...seeing that he chooses to not report it.
