Here's why I think it will be a merger with Cannaworx. If it were as simple as wanting to do a quick scam by attaching Calkin to this, they could have really milked that from the beginning. Most people never even picked up on the fact the former CEO of GRC-U was head of Cannaworx. The first PR about Cannaworx in August never even mentioned Calkin or anyone for that matter. I think there's a much longer or medium term agenda here that doesn't require GEAR to overemphasize the Calkin connection just yet. The shares are clearly being held tight as well. A merger into Cannaworx makes the most sense based on how subtle GEAR has been regarding Calkin and Cannaworx, IMO.
