The situation looks as though STWS is giving shares in lieu of payment to some entity. IMO STWS needs to secure a contra ct and continue to cut expenses. Plus more contracts for water works. Until that point, STWS could even continue to fall to a couple of cents if the shares keep coming into to further dilute share price. Again, just my opinion.
