Are you really comparing this to MDCN? Take a look at the financials of both and get back to me.

GEQU has increasing revenue and decreasing debt and DOESN'T have a loss of over $100 million dollars.
There was no rug pulled out over there... There was just a company that really knew how to spend without making money.
