The scooters are already known about, my only concern is that they are a new way to funnel money out of VPOR and partially back into Smart Wheels Inc while the other part goes into managements pockets.

Those scooters are called '"Smart self balancing boards" they're a dime a dozen, imported from China and if you go into just about any large shopping mall you'll see a kiosk selling those..

Concerning they would have the need to look at something totally unrelated to their business model.. There's about 20% gross margin in those boards and very difficult to compete with the big national toy/sporting good companies that are also bringing them in..

Here's just one example, they're all made by couple of Chinese companies and imported using a dozen different names.. When they originally came to market about a year ago they were selling close to $1000, now in most cases are under $300 and I'll bet within six months the price drops to $100 or less..

It's a sad situation if the company needs to start selling dreck like that..

The smart wheels is a very good source of revs, and let's not forget the whole idea behind VGR media was marketing "other" products, which appears to be exactly what they're doing, not to mention if means more sales $$$ on our balance sheet, so you won't find me complaining for putting VGR media to good use and seeking to gain more value for their shareholders.

I'm thrilled to find out about a New York location...now that's an intriguing prospect and has the wheels turning.
