You might be right as strong as ELTP is it's still on the OTC. It's why I'm warming to getting off the OTC by hook or by crook. .275 is an interesting pivot point. If you weren't one of the longs who watches this stock daily by the time the last PR hit and one made a move - many I have spoke to got in at .275. I'm still interested to see the gap hold at around .21.
One thing is for certain good to add on the dips right now. I'd love to see a generic PR drop just to see how the PPS would respond.
