All of the motions fron Shaun Irving, jack cukjati and Jehu Hand are complete rubbish.
The company would have to had a loss to bring suit.
They didn't.
The shareholders would have had to commit collusion.
They didn't.
Shaun does not have a snow balls chance in hell of winning the fed suit.
Let's not even mention that failing to answer discovery was a huge tactical error.
Oh and I guess you didn't notice that Shaun and Jehu did not ask for 1 document of discovery from the shareholders.
