The zero revenue part and zero past business should have made the audit a breeze. I was fully expecting it last Feb/March when they moved into the shell since the plan all along was to say "Look, we're audited finally!"
Either Foley/Schoengood did something very stupid that was easily uncovered or they were sold control of a dirty shell (or both).
