ELTP at $0.33 is roughly halfway betweens HOY ($0.44) and its LOY ($0.18). Fundamentally, should ELTP be positioned at this point in time by a lukewarm pps? I don't think so. Powerful forces know that retail investors can't raise the pps very much....But if ELTP could get off the pinks and reach $4 or $5, watch out above.
