We were extremely fortunate to have Chas sit at our table during lunch. (What an amazing opportunity to sit and listen to a truly gifted VISIONARY) To personally hear the Genesis and Evolution of this physical world to electronic world paradigm shift that IS unfolding in front of our eyes was very special to say the least. One thing that Chas stressed was that through this platform different demographics would get a different marketing pitch "tailored" for them. I thought about the genius of this and could sense that the advertisers having a Pavlovian response as well. Hope all is well and that the Wasabi was not too hot. ;-)
I wanted to let the members review your post from the SHM. After hearing about all the different companies doing what they do...Your post brought up a good point that I had forgotten. You did a great job describing why NEOM will have advertisers knocking on their door.
Any other time, advertisers would have to pay a second company to give them those types of demographics. So besides being able to go after the chosen groups...Think of the cash that they'll save. Those savings will result in more NEOM $$$ through more companies figuring it out and calling NEOM.
