Updated research report from TD Securities Inc.

I have the updated report from TD for AOI. They are maintaining their price target at $4.00 (CDN). They seem very positive on the latest transaction.

In the near term, we look forward to the following possible events:
- Results from the Emesek exploration well (potential basin opener) on Block 13T (Q4/15)
- The publication of a revised contingent resource report
(Q4/15–Q1/16)
- Results from Etom-2 appraisal well on Block 13T (Q4/15–Q1/16)
- Results from Cheptuket exploration well (potential basin opener) on Block 12A (Q1/16)
- South Lokichar project’s FID (Q4/16–Q1/17)
- Final pipeline route decision (Q1/16)

In the long term, we expect that management will seek out accretive deals in Africa to complement the existing
asset portfolio, possibly producing or near-term producing assets with appraisal/development upside.
