The question of course is whether any of the items that you put forth on your list will, in fact, ever occur.
Given that I own a lot of GDSI shares, I hope that the answer is "yes."
However, given the prolonged amount of time that has transpired since the deal was initially announced, I am growing more and more pessimistic by the day.
That prolonged period of time leads me to the conclusion that something has gone very, very wrong with the deal.
