Retail businesses are mostly seasonal. Quarter over quarter revenues are rarely consistently positive. For example, Walmart's Q4 '14 revenue was 131B while Q1 '15 was 114B. But Q4 '13 revenue was 128B.
You have to compare quarter over same annual quarter to judge any kind of growth. Hub became CEO in July of 2014. To say he and Marilu have run Bitzio into the ground is irresponsible. We haven't had enough quarters to get any sense of growth or recession. Everyone knows the numbers are low right now, but you can't deny that with the semi celebrity endorsements and the social media campaigns that they are running there is a little progress.
