Ambulance chasers
Till now I´v mailed each ambulance chasing lawfirm...the first one that came on stage immediately, just to find out what and how...just for informational purposes. The claimform they sent me was well prepared (full of shit of course) and gave me instantly the notion that this form must have been ready laying on the shelf, and I assume even before the PS/SA nonsense. It immediately strenghtened my belief in that all was orchestrated...even to the level of preparing some of these firms to jump on it in an instance.
Of course, couldn´t help myself, I mailed them back expressing my belief in the trustworthyness of APDN, and the fact that this firm was making a complete fool out of themselves (and some other things this MB doesnt let me state)...no reply since.
I did this to all the firms till now...just for the sake of it...and to channel at least some of my irritation. No replies to my mails...no attacks either.
For the record...I too did contact SEC with complaint and request take action on this stockmanipulating parties, and to put justice where it belongs. A general reply from them...hoping they will act like they have done sometimes in the past...
Does someone know if there has been some joined effort by us investors to adress the PS author, or SA/PS? Read earlier that it might be in vain cos of free speech and disclaimer stuff in court?
Love to hear abut any known action there (or by APDN if they would countersue)...thanx
