That is pretty much true. So far every obstical in the path was solved and the only worry placed on the shareholders was put there by traders claiming the end is near.
The bad things Kim cant solve are the ones the shareholders hear about. So far that has not happened.
We will get our cc when the verdict is in and no sooner. Kim wants an answer as bad as we do or worse. If the deal doesnt happen that will be the first time kim will need to give bad news.
