How is the fact that the slides didn't deploy the FAAs fault? If anything Baltia should've sued bf Goodrich instead of crying and begging for a pass that isn't coming.
mrlahjr, it does seem like there are grounds for thinking that there is malfeasance at the FAA; but I believe there are some posters on this board with FAA connections and many shareholders have eyes on the FAA; so imo they will give our mini a PASS before Thanksgiving.
I also think Baltia is using its leverage on the FAA and they will bring the pressure to the FAA if they detect malfeasance.
I'm hoping for this week if the Baltia crew completes whatever they're doing in those pictures.
