Cheds said: "its about toxic debt that has to be cleared" I do not see the agreement says that, Cheds...In the agreement it says that the "sellers" ....(Rontan) has to be free of liens and claims, not GDSI.....Does it say anywhere that GDSI has to eliminate any debt it may have? I am asking someone to point to that for me. I can't find it. Thanks
