Seems pretty normal. That's only $500/month... I'm in sales and my company pays $750/month to cover car payment and/or depreciation value, insurance and gas for my personal vehicle.

I think the salary is too damn high, especially considering that the company is barely a year old... that'd be my only gripe with those numbers.
