You hit the nail right on the head. Vote no. I did call the 877 number listed on PR asking them one valid reason to vote yes, giving them carte Blanche to screw us over again. I change my vote only if half they pay is connected to pps performance. The only answer I get is: stay listed. I said not convincing argument: NASDAQ or pink, where there is value, people will buy.
