You are correct, and as I have said in the past I know he turned down Sinopecs offer, I was very involved in Africa and had been for years, Some of the guys that used to work for me, worked for him and left shortly, He also dosent have near the political pull since Abacha and Goodluck obvioulsy was a total failure. Scooping up shares at this price " should" be the only rebound possible IMO ??
